William Reau and Peter Rubando, co-founders of FlexChoiceRN, believe that there is a “better way” to help Healthcare Providers meet the demand for a qualified nursing staff. William Reau BSN, RN spent years as a critical care and emergency department nurse working in the travel and agency industry, as well as, holding a full time job at the University of Michigan Medical Center as an adult ICU float nurse and ECMO specialist. In 2000, William opened and ran a very successful Nursing Recruitment and Staffing Agency throughout the Midwest. In 2005, William packaged these skills and began offering them to Health systems nationwide through FlexChoiceRN to better serve clients and offer nurses what they truly desired in an employment relationship.

Peter Rubando has over 20 years of healthcare recruitment and staffing experience. He combines a unique blend of experience as an employee and an entrepreneur, having spent nearly a decade with the ProMedica Health System as Director of Recruitment, and also, successfully operating a multi-million dollar recruitment and staffing company prior to joining ProMedica. In 2005, Peter teamed up with William Reau and together they began helping Health Systems save millions of dollars annually by offering FlexChoiceRN.
