Step 4: Detailed Implementation Plan
With completion of the Statement of Work, our consultants will work with client representatives to develop a detailed, implementation plan. An implementation calendar and program plan will be drafted, reviewed and agreed upon. Included in this implementation plan will be various key milestones that will ensure that timelines are met and objectives are achieved.
