Step 3: Development of Goals and Objectives
With all of the pertinent information compiled, analyzed and reported, the next step in the process is to develop specific cost savings goals and program objectives. Through a client designated point person, or steering committee, our consultants will work with you to put in writing the specific outcomes that will drive the design, management and evaluation of the FlexChoiceRN program. Once this process is completed, our consultants will draft a formal Statement of Work that will be mutually executed, and will form the framework for the evaluation of the success of the engagement.
